Our client, a prestigious 5-star safari lodge in the Vaalwater area, Limpopo, is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join their team. Requirements: Relevant Chef/Culinary qualification (Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts) is essential. Minimum 5 years experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a 5-star lodge. Strong experience in cost control, budgeting and financial reporting. Excellent menu planning and menu costing skills. Proven experience with beverage controls, stock control and inventory management. Strong leadership and staff management skills. Excellent guest service and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all food and beverage operations. Manage food and beverage costs to maximise profitability. Design and update menus. Implement and maintain beverage control systems. Manage stock, ordering and inventory. Lead, train and motivate the Food & Beverage team. Ensure exceptional guest service and compliance with health and safety standards.
