We are seeking an established, grounded, and guest-focused couple for a joint placement at our intimate safari lodge. THE ROLES Role 1: Lodge Anchor (Front of House, Housekeeping & Admin) The key operational appointment and General Manager’s trusted right hand. The Role: Host guests, coordinate information (menus, rooming, diets), support communications, oversee housekeeping standards, assist with administration (invoicing, rosters, stocktakes), and manage operations on the GM's off days. The Profile: Highly organised, emotionally intelligent, proactive, and exceptionally warm. Experience in an intimate lodge environment is strongly preferred. Role 2: Experienced Field Guide (Guiding & Operational Support) Deliver safe, engaging, and highly personal safari experiences. The Role: Conduct professional guided game drives in a Big Five reserve, maintain vehicles and equipment, support basic lodge grounds maintenance, and assist with hosting/braais. The Profile: Current, valid guiding qualifications, registrations, driving permits, and first-aid certification. Safe, responsible driver with a team-first attitude. WHAT'S ON OFFER? Salary: R10,000 - R12,000 per month per partner (depending on qualifications/experience). Roster: 3 weeks on / 1 week off. Accommodation: Private one-bedroom house featuring a kitchen/lounge, bathroom, and its own garden.
