Game Lodge F&B Manager / Deputy General Manager Modimolle (Nylstroom), Limpopo Salary: R20 000 | Live-In + Incentives We are looking for an experienced Game Lodge F&B Manager / Deputy General Manager for this busy F&B property. This is a hands on position, however you must have great F&B financial and admin experience. Requirements: Previous experience as an F&B Manager / Deputy GM within a busy Game Lodge or similar hospitality property Strong Food & Beverage operational experience Excellent F&B financial and administrative skills Hands-on management approach Strong leadership and staff management abilities Excellent guest service and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a busy lodge environment Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Must be comfortable assisting across all areas of the operation when required Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
