Senior HVAC Technician Wine Estate | Stellenbosch Salary: Negotiable Requirements: Relevant HVAC / Refrigeration qualification or recognised trade certification. Proven senior-level experience as an HVAC Technician, with strong practical experience in HVAC maintenance and repairs. Previous experience within the hospitality, hotel, lodge, resort, commercial, or facilities management environment will be highly advantageous. Strong technical knowledge of air-conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, HVAC control systems, and air distribution systems. Excellent fault-finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex HVAC issues. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, schematics, and specifications. Valid refrigerant handling certification and sound knowledge of applicable refrigerant regulations. Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Own transport required.
