Digital marketing assistant - junior level - KZN - Durban and surrounds. Assisting Love Africa account managers in leading and implementing multiple digital marketing strategies across all social and offline platforms focussing on tourism and conservation sectors. Job Specifications: A role in all aspects of marketing, digital media and social media management in Love Africa. Full time position, based in Durban and willing to travel into remote areas. An eagerness to build a strong understanding of the conservation and tourism sectors within Southern Africa. An ability to work with teams and partners in the field, supporting the ability to create good and relevant content. Creative and strategic thinking to assist and drive high level national and global campaigns in wildlife-based tourism and conservation. Excellent writing ability and passion for content creation and press release/ blog drafting Strong design ability for content creation for social platforms Management of social media pages including Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok Linkedin, Instagram and YouTube. All technical aspects of social media Page management and strategy Content creation and content planning Basic photo and artwork editing – logos, banners, filters Response management Advertising strategy and implementation Management of META advertising and reporting Management and oversight role for websites, graphics, blog updates and video production.
