HOTEL RESTAURANT FLOOR MANAGER – Heritage Wine Farm (Stellenbosch) Our client, is one of South Africa’s oldest working farms, strategically located in the heart of Stellenbosch Winelands. We have an opportunity for an experienced Hotel Restaurant Floor Manager to join our client’s hospitality team. Position Scope: Assist the Restaurant Manager in the smooth running of the full restaurant function, demonstrating service excellence and an exciting food-and-wine experience to guests while maintaining a positive work environment for the team.
