This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for an experienced hospitality professional who can balance commercial performance with exceptional guest experience, team development, and operational excellence. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • 10–15 years' hospitality experience • 5+ years in senior leadership • Proven luxury safari lodge / remote luxury hospitality experience • Strong commercial and financial acumen • Excellent leadership and people-development skills • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams • Strong operational, compliance and H&S knowledge • Exceptional guest relations and communication skills • High emotional intelligence, resilience and adaptability • A genuine passion for luxury hospitality, people, wildlife and conservation THE ROLE You will take overall responsibility for the lodge operation, leading the team, driving commercial performance, maintaining exceptional standards, developing talent and ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience. This is not a desk-based GM role.
