HOTEL KITCHEN JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – Heritage Wine Farm (Stellenbosch) Our client, is one of South Africa’s oldest working farms, strategically located in the heart of Stellenbosch Winelands. We have an opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our client’s culinary team. Position Scope: To support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the Hotel Kitchen, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, efficient kitchen operations, cost control, compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, effective team development, and alignment with our Client’s values and sustainability goals.
