HOTEL RESTAURANT MANAGER – Heritage Wine Farm (Stellenbosch) Our client, is one of South Africa’s oldest working farms, strategically located in the heart of Stellenbosch Winelands. We have an opportunity for an experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager to join our client’s hospitality team. Position Scope: Direct operations within the Restaurant to maximize performance and profitability by creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring superior guest service and compliance with quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
