Spa Manager — Luxury Lodge Mkuze, KZN North R15,000 – R20,000 | Live-In + Benefits Requirements: Hold a recognised qualification in beauty therapy, spa therapy, massage therapy or aesthetics Have at least three years' relevant professional spa or beauty therapy experience Have previous supervisory or management experience in a spa, hotel, lodge, resort or professional beauty environment Be a highly competent practising therapist who is comfortable personally performing treatments regularly Have strong knowledge of massage, body and facial treatments Be able to identify guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products without being overly sales-focused Be commercially aware and comfortable taking responsibility for revenue, costs, stock and profitability Have strong leadership, training and staff-development skills Be organised, reliable and comfortable working with spa booking, reporting and administrative systems Experience with Dermalogica and/or Terres d'Afrique would be advantageous
