KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and mentor the guiding team • Conduct exceptional game drives and bush walks • Deliver a world-class guest experience • Maintain high guiding, safety and conservation standards • Manage guide schedules, briefings and daily operations • Work closely with lodge management and other departments • Ensure vehicles and guiding equipment are maintained to a high standard REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Head Guide in a large 5-star luxury lodge • FGASA Level 2–3 • Ability to lead a team • Excellent guiding and communication skills
