Key Responsibilities: Respond to wedding enquiries, provide proposals and quotations and follow up proactively Maintain daily reports and client information Coordinate all aspects of wedding planning including timelines, décor, catering and onsite activities Conduct venue show-arounds and site inspections Build strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business Prepare function sheets, floor plans and detailed event briefs Manage guest rooming lists and accommodation allocations Assist with wedding product development and package enhancements Monitor deposits and follow up on outstanding payments Coordinate weddings on the day, ensuring seamless execution and excellent service Be part of creating magical moments!
