A busy a la carte restaurant seeks an experienced restaurant front of house manager to oversee the smooth F&B service. Specifications:- Matric essential Tertiary Qualification an advantage Must have at least 3 years restaurant front of house and supervisory experience in stand alone full service restaurants (not fast foods) Strong on food and wine knowledge Ability to handle high volumes and stress well, leading in a calm and consistent manner Own transport preferred Residing in the area essential The following checks will apply:- 1.
