A Western Cape hospitality company specialising in short-term rentals and property management for over 100 properties, seeks a business driven reservationist with the following experience:- Minimum 4 years in hospitality, short-term rentals or property management Reservations, revenue and property management, as will have to oversee housekeeping unit checks, present invoice, ensure payment and also do guest relations Proven track record at CRM (Customer Relationship Management) · Experience preferred -PriceLabs (or any revenue-management platform); Hostaway or an equivalent PMSA; good understanding of the Airbnb / Apply Below / OTA environment STR (short term rental) and villa operators experience covering dynamic pricing reservations A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle essential.
