Hotel Reservationist Pretoria North East Salary: R14.5K Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 Hospitality or Tourism Diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification preferred Minimum 2–3 years' experience in hotel reservations and/or leisure coordination within an upmarket or luxury environment is a must Key Responsibilities: Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email and online platforms Manage bookings for leisure, corporate and group clients Ensure accurate and timely reservation entries and updates Respond to guest enquiries and provide excellent customer service Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Assist with leisure coordination and special requests
