Intimate Beach Lodge in the Overberg region is looking for a dedicated and hands on Management Couple to lead their team. We are looking for a couple who are passionate about hospitality, guest service, and the day-to-day running of a coastal lodge in a remote conservation landscape. Duties: Overall management and smooth daily operations. Guest relations and ensuring excellent customer service. Staff supervision, training, and management. Housekeeping and maintenance oversight. Food & beverage operations. Stock control and basic administration. Ensuring company standards, policies and procedures are maintained. Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally. Liaison with reservations office and general lodge administration. Maintaining a welcoming, safe and well-presented environment. Requirements: Previous hospitality or lodge management experience. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as a team. Professional, reliable and hands-on approach. Valid PrDP licence. Computer literate. Experience working with POS/stock control systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Package on offer: Live-in accommodation (on site). Meal allowance. 3weeks on / 1 week off work cycle. Competitive remuneration. Unfortunately, no children and pets will not be considered.
