Game Lodge Maintenance Manager Madikwe Private Game Reserve, North West Salary: R20K – R25K | Live in with other benefits after probation period The Role: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at a luxury game lodge in Madikwe Private Game Reserve. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all lodge facilities, infrastructure, vehicles, and equipment are well maintained, operating efficiently and to the highest standards, while managing and leading a team. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 4 years' Maintenance Manager experience in a busy game lodge Proven experience in managing a team of 6 – 8 Valid full driver's license (essential) Strong technical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Good communication and leadership skills Experience with lodge infrastructure, generators, water systems, vehicles and general maintenance A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for the hospitality and wildlife industry People.
