Game Reserve F&B Stock Controller Kenton-on-Sea, Eastern Cape Salary: R10K – R12K | Live In | Game Reserve Environment The Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive F&B Stock Controller to join our team at a prestigious game reserve in Kenton-on-Sea. You will be responsible for the effective management, control, and monitoring of all food and beverage inventory within the reserve. The role ensures accurate stock levels, minimises losses and supports efficient operations by ensuring that all departments have the required stock while adhering to Sibuya's quality standards and financial procedures. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Driver's license with experience driving on a game reserve Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in stock control within a hotel, lodge, or hospitality environment Experience working in a 4-star or 5-star establishment is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems Knowledge of food and beverage costing principles A career in nature makes a difference.
