Wellness / Spa Manager Hospitality | Hotel | Wellness | Resorts Luxury Boutique Hotel — Ballito Salary: R15,000 Negotiable Key Responsibilities: Design and facilitate yoga, meditation and sound-bath sessions Create bespoke wellness itineraries tailored to guest goals Conduct guest consultations and personalise experiences Maintain premium standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation Collaborate with hotel teams to promote and deliver seamless wellness experiences Host wellbeing sessions for hotel staff Continuously refine programmes based on feedback and trends Requirements: Recognised Yoga Teacher Certification (RYT-200 or equivalent) Experience in meditation, mindfulness and sound healing Proven experience creating structured wellness programmes Experience in a luxury spa, boutique hotel or wellness resort Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain) Fluent English Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings & occasional weekends) Advantageous: Experience with detox, digital detox, recovery or restorative programmes Knowledge of complementary practices (breathwork, gentle mobility, aromatherapy, etc.) Familiarity with high-touch, anticipatory hospitality Basic understanding of nutrition & wellness lifestyle principles Experience facilitating group or team wellbeing sessions Join a Luxury Team and Inspire Wellbeing, Relaxation & Renewal at Every Stay.
