Learning & Capability Manager Lodge and Hotel Group Location: Johannesburg Salary: Negotiable Qualifications: Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, Industrial Psychology or a related field. Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) certification advantageous. Assessor and/or Moderator accreditation advantageous. Experience: 4–6 years' experience in Learning & Development, Skills Development Experience managing WSP/ATR submissions and SETA engagement. Experience developing learning programmes, onboarding initiatives and capability-building interventions. Experience working across multiple sites or operational environments. Hospitality or service industry experience advantageous. Knowledge & Skills: Thorough knowledge and understanding of Skills Development legislation and SETA processes. Thorough understanding of the B-BBEE Tourism Sector Codes, specifically the Skills Development element. Experience in dealing with CATHSSETA will be advantageous.
