A Western Cape hospitality company specialising in short-term rental sand property management for over 100 properties, seeks a business driven manager with the following experience:- Minimum 5 years in hospitality, short-term rentals or property management, with minimum 2 years managing a team, ideally upto 10 people Must have hospitality, property management, revenue management and owner relations experience Proven track record at CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and guest experience function as HOD / Manager · Experience with PriceLabs (or any revenue-management platform); Hostaway or an equivalent PMSA; good understanding of the Airbnb / Apply Below / OTA environment STR (short term rental) and villa operators experience covering dynamic pricing, guest experience, maintenance coordination and owner management as well as financial acumen Excel at Reservations and Revenue management A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
