The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and profitable running of the reserve, maintaining high guest and service standards, managing staff and overseeing day-to-day operations. Requirements: Previous General Manager / Lodge Manager experience within a game lodge, game reserve or hospitality environment Strong operational and people management skills Excellent guest relations and communication abilities Financial and administrative management experience Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Professional, hands-on and service-driven approach Must be comfortable working in a remote game reserve environment A passion for wildlife, hospitality and guest experience Valid driver's licence Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
