A small hotel group seeks to employ a candidate who is a creative, digitally savvy and forward-thinking Digital Creative & Social Media Specialist to do graphic design, social media, digital content, CRM, email marketing and creative campaign development across a collection of distinctive hospitality and tourism brands. • Relevant qualification • Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, social media, communications or a related creative field. • Strong skills in development of social media channels and digital platforms, including Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, as well as supporting CRM communications, newsletters and email campaigns. • Additional experience must cover WhatsApp communications and guest engagement, monitor the capabilities of TripAdvisor and Wetu and use digital insights and analytics to continually improve content and campaigns. • Applicant must be equally comfortable designing a beautiful campaign, creating a TikTok, managing a newsletter, working with a CRM, engaging with guests on WhatsApp, monitoring online reputation, exploring a new AI tool or spotting the next big digital trend. • Demonstrable social-media experience, particularly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. • Strong written and visual communication skills. • Good understanding of digital marketing principles and social-media analytics. • Experience within hospitality, tourism, travel, lifestyle or luxury brands. • Experience with AI and emerging creative technologies. • Basic understanding of website content management, SEO and email marketing. • Experience with paid social-media advertising. • Only South African Nationals will be considered • Candidates will be expected to do out of town travel, expenses covered by the company Apply only if you have the specific experience outlined above.
