The F&B and Assistant Lodge Manager, will support the Lodge Manager in the day-to-day operation of the lodge, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay while maintaining the highest standards across all departments. Responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Leading and motivating lodge staff through a hands-on management style. Overseeing Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage operations. Assisting with lodge administration, reporting and operational planning. Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service throughout the lodge. Handling guest requests and resolving challenges professionally. Supporting and developing team members through coaching and leadership. Building lasting relationships with guests, colleagues and travel partners. We Are Looking For Lodge Operations Guest Relations Front Office Food & Beverage Housekeeping Staff Management Administration and Reporting Minimum Requirements Previous experience in a luxury lodge or five-star hospitality environment Food and Beverage knowledge and expereince A genuine passion for guest service and creating unforgettable experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities. Computer literacy and experience with hospitality management systems. Valid driver's licence. Rooms Division Experience Practical with some experience in maintenance Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude. A willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment.
