We’re seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to lead the daily operations of our clients luxury lodge and ensure every guest enjoys a warm, seamless, and memorable stay. Key responsibilities Oversee front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest activities. Lead, train, and motivate the team while promoting a welcoming, professional service culture. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and thoughtfully. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and service. Manage budgets, stock, supplier relationships, and daily reporting. Coordinate lodge operations and communicate effectively across departments. Requirements Experience managing a lodge, hotel, or luxury hospitality property. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A hands-on approach, sound commercial judgement, and excellent attention to detail. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
