Wine Estate based in the Somerset West area is seeking a friendly & skilled Barman & Barista to prepare quality beverages and provide attentive guest service. Duties: Prepare coffees, teas and other hot beverages. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Take accurate orders and process transactions. Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu and recommend suitable options. Keep the bar and coffee station clean and stocked. Monitor stock, assist with counts and minimise waste. Clean equipment and report faults. Follow hygiene standards and responsible alcohol-service procedures. Requirements: Previous bar and barista experience. Knowledge of espresso preparation and milk texturing. Familiarity with wines, spirits and beverage service. Good communication and customer-service skills. Experience using a POS system. Professional presentation and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
