1 hour from port Elizabeth A 5* luxury lodge and villa accommodating upto 25 guests seeks an experience Lodge Anchor matching the following essential requirements:- • Matric essential and Tertiary qualification an advantage • Must have worked at a game lodge for 2 plus years in a 5* environment dealing with international guests • Friendly and cheerful personality who gets on well with people and is a hard worker • Duties include Assisting in day to day operations of lodge including menu planning ; Manage guest bookings, registrations and guest relations; Lodge inspections of rooms and public areas; Petty cash handling and submitting staff beverage records for payroll; Co-ordinate directly with suppliers and vendors; Managing stock counts; Supervision of service staff (Waiters and Bar); bar stock flow and key registry systems; Manage and oversee groups from arrival to departure; Assist with staff scheduling, inspections and lodge operations • Drivers licence essential and PDP Preferred or willingness to obtain PDP • work cycles - 21 days on, 7 off • Must be accustomed to living in a remote area Open to South African Nationals only Apply only if you have the specific experience outlined in the job listing!
