Temporary Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator Field Guide Training Institution Nelspruit - Location: Nelspruit (Mbombela), Mpumalanga - Contract: 5-month fixed-term contract - Start date: 1 December 2026 The successful candidate will make sure the Marketing and Sales functions keep running smoothly during the maternity leave. Key areas include: - Zoho CRM management: bookings, course dates, student records and reporting - Designing, scheduling and reporting on email marketing campaigns - Marketing administration, including supplier invoices and payment authorisations - Sales support and managing the general Marketing inbox - Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and external partners Ideal candidate We are looking for someone who is well organised, proactive and has a good eye for detail. The candidate should be able to work independently, juggle several priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with Zoho CRM and email marketing platforms would be a strong advantage. Because the contract is short, candidates who are available to start on 1 December and can pick up the work quickly are preferred.
