Requirements: Previous Chef de Partie experience in a similar hospitality environment Culinary qualification advantageous Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and mise en place Ability to maintain high food standards Passion for quality food and presentation A team player with a hands-on approach Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Experience within a boutique hotel, lodge or resort environment essential Onsite interview will be required.
