Restaurant at a Wine Estate based in the Somerset West area is seeking a professional and attentive Waiter to provide excellent restaurant service and help create memorable dining experiences. Duties: Welcome guests and present menus and wine lists. Explain dishes and assist with food and beverage selections. Take accurate orders and capture them on the POS system. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service. Set, clear and reset tables. Respond to guest requests and communicate dietary requirements accurately. Prepare bills and process payments. Maintain clean service areas and professional presentation. Requirements: Previous waiter experience. Good food and beverage knowledge; wine knowledge would be advantageous. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Familiarity with POS systems and payment handling. A patient, attentive and guest-focused approach. Professional grooming and good teamwork. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
