Country Estate Stock Controller Rustenburg / Pilanesberg Area, North West Salary: R12K – R15K | Live In Unfurnished A Large Country estate with multiple outlets is looking for an experienced Stock Controller to join the team. The Stock Controller is responsible for full accountability, control, accuracy, and compliance of all stock across the property. The role ensures correct stock levels, minimal wastage, effective cost control, and zero tolerance for unexplained variances, losses, or theft. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Stock Controller in hospitality, restaurant, or resort environments Strong experience using HOPS, LightSpeed, POS, or similar inventory systems Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail Strong Excel and reporting skills Firm, assertive personality with the ability to enforce controls High integrity, reliability, and accountability Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
