Wine Estate based in the Somerset West area is looking for a is looking for an experienced, hands-on Vineyards Foreman to supervise vineyard teams and support effective daily farming operations. Duties: Allocate daily tasks and supervise vineyard workers. Oversee pruning, canopy management and other seasonal activities. Coordinate harvesting teams and monitor work quality. Assist with irrigation monitoring and vineyard upkeep. Ensure tools and equipment are used safely. Monitor attendance, productivity and task completion. Keep operational records and report progress or concerns. Support the farm manager with seasonal planning and team training. Requirements: Previous vineyard experience, including team supervision. Practical knowledge of vineyard maintenance and seasonal operations. Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills. Ability to plan work and monitor standards. A reliable, accountable and safety-conscious approach. Willingness to work outdoors and accommodate harvest demands. Ability to identify operational issues and report them promptly.
