Game Lodge based close to Hazyview is looking for an organised and guest-focused Reservationist with Marriott experience to join their team. The successful candidate will manage reservations, respond professionally to enquiries and ensure accurate booking administration while providing excellent service to guests and booking partners. Duties: Handle reservation enquiries via telephone, email and booking platforms. Process bookings, amendments and cancellations accurately. Provide information on accommodation, rates, packages and lodge facilities. Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records. Monitor availability and communicate booking requirements to relevant departments. Follow up on provisional bookings, deposits and outstanding payments. Coordinate special requests and arrival arrangements with the lodge team. Prepare reservation reports and assist with general booking administration. Requirements: Previous reservations experience within a hotel or lodge. Previous Marriott experience, with knowledge of Marriott reservation systems and procedures. Good computer skills and experience using property management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional telephone manner and strong customer-service orientation. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work effectively under pressure. A reliable, accountable approach and good teamwork skills.
