WE'RE HIRING | Assistant Financial Accountant Lodge, Kenya Permanent | Market Related Join a leading luxury safari lodge and play a key role in ensuring financial excellence behind the scenes. We're looking for an experienced Assistant Financial Accountant with a passion for accuracy, financial control, and operational support in a dynamic hospitality environment. What You'll Do: Manage financial reporting and reconciliations Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audits Monitor stock control and inventory management Support payroll, compliance, and statutory audits Train and mentor finance team members Maintain financial systems and ensure data accuracy What You'll Need: CPA III qualification Bachelor's Degree of Commerce Minimum 5 years' accounting and inventory management experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills (an assessment will be conducted) Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills Hospitality or lodge finance experience will be an advantage If you're a detail-oriented finance professional looking to grow your career in the luxury hospitality industry, we'd love to hear from you!
