Situated in the heart of Thornybush Private Game Reserve, part of the Greater Kruger National Park, Shumbalala Game Lodge is an exclusive five-star safari lodge offering luxury accommodation, exceptional hospitality and personalized guest experiences in an intimate Big Five wilderness setting. We are seeking a professional, well-presented and guest-focused Guest Ambassador (Front of House) with strong housekeeping experience and supervisory capabilities to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: Guest relations and Front of House duties Daily room inspections and quality control Housekeeping team supervision and hands-on training Laundry procedures and linen management Stock control and housekeeping inventory General office administration and guest-related duties Maintaining exceptional luxury lodge standards Requirements: Previous experience in a luxury lodge or high-end hospitality environment, minimum of 5 years experience in this field. Strong practical housekeeping and laundry knowledge Proven supervisory and staff training abilities Excellent attention to detail, organizational and guest service skills Willingness to work hands-on and lead by example Professional, organized and guest-focused approach Please note: Strong housekeeping knowledge and the ability to supervise, train and support the housekeeping team is essential. The positions includes: Market related salary 6/2 work cycle Annual leave Includes modern accommodation with own bathroom (no sharing).
