The Housekeeping & Laundry Manager is responsible for the effective management and coordination of all housekeeping and laundry operations. This role is key to delivering an exceptional five-star guest experience by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene across guest accommodation, public areas, back-of-house and laundry services. The position requires a hands-on leader who develops and motivates their team, maintains exceptional attention to detail, manages budgets, stock and team rostering efficiently, and ensures all operations are carried out in line with company standards and procedures. Qualifications / Experience • 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality housekeeping • At least 2 yeaers’ experience managing a housekeeping department with a five star lodge, hotel or luxury property • Extensive computer knowledge i.e. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Internet, Powerpoint etc. • HMS Infor and Sage knowledge (advantageous) • Strong organisational skills with experience in cost and inventory control • Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
