Hotel Restaurant Supervisor What Next Recruitment — Hospitality | People | Opportunities Stellenbosch, Western Cape Salary: R16,000 per month | Live Out Position | Local candidates preferred Requirements: Hospitality Qualification from an accredited institution – NQF Level 5 Matric Minimum 1 year's experience as a Restaurant Supervisor WSET Level 1 – advantageous Symphony experience is required Good knowledge of food, wine and waiter skills Basic Barista skills are required Experience with stock control and monthly stock takes Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette Able to handle guest complaints and make sound decisions Customer service orientated Able to work under pressure Willing to assist wherever required Must be able to work shifts, including early and late shifts, weekends and public holidays Clean credit check and clean criminal record required
