We are looking for a highly organised, energetic and service-driven Wedding Coordinator to join our team. The Wedding Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating weddings from the initial enquiry through to the successful execution of the wedding day. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Handle wedding enquiries, consultations and venue viewings. Coordinate weddings from booking through to completion. Liaise with couples to understand their requirements, preferences and budgets. Prepare quotations, proposals, function sheets and wedding schedules. Coordinate with chefs, service staff, housekeeping, maintenance and management. Liaise with external suppliers including florists, décor companies, DJs, photographers and entertainment providers. Coordinate wedding setup, décor, seating arrangements and timelines. Manage the wedding day schedule and ensure all aspects run according to plan. Conduct pre-wedding meetings and final confirmations with couples. Ensure excellent communication between the wedding couple, suppliers and lodge departments. Handle last-minute changes and resolve problems professionally. Ensure that guests receive exceptional service throughout the event. Assist with post-wedding follow-up and administration. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments and client requirements. Requirements: Previous experience in wedding coordination, event management, banqueting or hospitality. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple weddings and tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail. Professional appearance and excellent guest relations. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, public holidays and evenings. Valid driver's licence would be advantageous. Hospitality or event-management qualification would be advantageous.
