Wilcon Consultancy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lodge Manager to join a prestigious 5-star luxury lodge in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience as a Lodge Manager in a 5-star lodge environment. Proven experience managing daily lodge operations. Strong leadership, staff management, and team development skills. Excellent guest relations and communication skills. Sound financial, budgeting, and cost-control knowledge. Experience maintaining 5-star hospitality standards. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a demanding luxury hospitality environment. Willingness to reside on-site in Limpopo. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge. Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service delivery. Lead, motivate, and manage lodge staff. Maintain operational standards across all departments. Manage budgets, stock control, and operational costs. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Address guest feedback and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
