We are seeking a passionate culinary professional with strong leadership skills, luxury hospitality experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest dining experiences. 🔹 Key Requirements: ✔ Formal culinary qualification ✔ Minimum 2 years’ Sous Chef experience in a 5-star lodge or hotel environment ✔ Strong kitchen leadership and team management abilities ✔ Excellent food presentation and attention to detail ✔ Experience with stock control, budgeting, and HACCP standards ✔ Ability to work under pressure in a high-end hospitality environment ✔ Good understanding of broader lodge operations Key Responsibilities: ✨ Support the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations ✨ Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional standards ✨ Manage stock takes, cost control, and kitchen budgets ✨ Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards ✨ Coordinate effectively with lodge operations teams ✨ Ensure smooth daily running of kitchen and canteen operations This is a 2 year fixed term contract, live-in role.
